Thank you for your help. I'll check all the connections and pray that is all that is wrong.

The bake element gets warm/hot but not red hot.

Low oven heat - Low oven heat
Lower oven only gets up to 200 degrees or so. I don't have a wiring diagram. Before I tare into it, should I be testing the heating element or the thermostat? I know how to test continuity but...
