Does your refrigerator have exactly the same model number? Any difference in letters or numbers can lead to a wrong part number.
Can you detail describe the problem in your own words, please.
Freezer too cold, Ice build up causing leak
There are 3 sensors in this refrigerator. They all are identical and have the same resistance readings. Normally it supposes to be: 42.5 KOhms @0°F, 14.0 KOhms @37.0°F and 4.92 KOhms @77°F.

The normal reading should be from about 12KOhms at room temperature to about 32.5KOhms at 32°F

If the readings are within range then the control board is very questionable.

Make sure the oven vent (under the control panel) is clean and not blocked.
Remove the power from the range and pull it out of the wall. Remove the rear panel and carefully check the oven vent tube.

If freezer thermistor is good, the control board is the culprit. If the part would not fix the problem, you can easily return it.
