Just how hot should the back of the dryer get? I replaced both stats, checked the heating coil, cleaned everything and the back is still getting real hot. |

Sorry about that. The heating elememt itself is not touching the case (which is screwed to the cabinet) When I disconnect the terminal, I get a reading of 11.7 ohms. If the element is good and... |

When checking the heating element, none are touching the case. The ohm reads 11.7 when disconnected so it seems the element is ok |
