Standing water inside GE Profile Dishwasher
Found the problem. There was approximately 1/4" round by 2" long hard plastic straw that was stuck inside of the drain pump. I removed the object and the dishwasher is now functioning properly.

There is dirty standing water inside dishwasher after it cycles. A few cycles before it stopped draining the dishwasher was making loud humming noises, then it quit draining and left standing water...
