Yes, check to make sure everything is free and clear of debris, and then look into the Main Control Board or it's wiring. That is what is causing your new E23 error code. |

Sounds like the unit was overloading and it strained the pulley/bearing system behind the drum. If a unit does not spin it is because of a broken belt, or it cannot drain. It will not spin, and sling... |

This actually can be from the detergent and/or softener you use. Also, if any clothes have gotten caught on the back vent when drying and have melted somewhat on the vent/duct area. Have you noticed... |

E71 indicates "Wash NTC failure- (tub heater)" - you will need to swap hot and cold hoses, and then retry the unit. |
