My kitchen Aid built in microwave has no light. The light bulb is out and I would like to change it. Even though I can see the bulb I cant tell how to get it out or replace it

I have a subzero 632. I does not make any Ice. there is no water going into the trays. I know that the water is on to the frig. I have read about trying to thaw out the water tube but I do not know...
