trying to replace dogs (agitator repair kit) - trying to replace dogs (agitator repair kit)
Able to get cap off, bolt out, but not able to remove the cam-agitator?!?!?! Watched video in another recommended post...they take the top potion of the agitator off (the clothes mover) to get to the...

I bought the video recommended in another post...they pull the top agitator off the bottom portion. I am unable to get the top portion off?!?! Am I not pulling hard enough?
