I ordered aoven sensor because the temperture would go 500+ degrees when the oven was set at 350 or lower.It did not fix the problem.Am i goingto have to replace the control.

My electric oven can be set on any temp. It will go to 500+ degrees. I ordered a sensor,but it did the same thing. any ideas
