GE trash compactor runs continuously - GE Monogram trash compactor, model #
Hello, the model # is ZCG3300VWW
We have tried to remove the kick plate and the panel at the top to access the screws to remove it from the cabinet but no luck. Any suggestions?

My under the counter GE Profile trash compactor will not shut off nor will the "smasher" raise back up. When I turn it on, the motor runs until I manually turn it off. It is in the down position now...
