Why does this Electrolux dryer vibrate?

How are you loading your washer? Make sure to load it with clothes then start the water. Not the other way around. Otherwise that can cause a overfill condition.

Not agitating
I think it is just something random. I work on these all the time and have not seen a stripped one.

Lg Pump Install
You have to be careful replacing pumps on Lg's because many of them have two pumps. One is a recirculating pump and the other is a drain pump. They both bolt on to the same housing.

Kenmore HE5T Not Draining Properly
I still would try cleaning out your pump.
