Kitchen Aid trash compactor - Kitchen Aid trash compactor
I cannot open the door. The foor lever is not opeing the door. It ran and then I tried to open it. No luck. Is there any solution?

I have a photo but not a url version. The door is stuck shut. When I press the foor lever it opens slightly but does not open fully.
I do not have model number because I rent and I cannot open it.
