I have noticed that down at the bottom of the refrigerator there is a opening to the freezer approximately 4x4 in size and also a damper up at the top with the temperature controls. whats the use of...

Refrigerator freezing - Refrigerator freezing
My Frigidaire side by side keeps freezing in the lower refrigerator side. I have replaced both of the temperature controls and still have this problem. Any more ideas before I junk it!
