Quatro Furnace Erratic Cycling

Model Number: MBA 080NH4RX Brand: -other- Age: 5 - 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

Has Honeywell Smart Valve.
At beginniing of day starts normal, burners light, then in a few seconds shuts down. Repeats over an over. Later in the day seems to run normally. I have relaced the ignitor/sensor assembly but no improvement. Smartvalve controller lights act normally.
