Model Number: Heat n Glo 6000 Brand: -other- Age: More than 10 years
I replace pilot assembly (TC, TP, pilot assembly, Ignitor) and pilot works as advertised. Reinstalled burner and it lights but only back row fires and not all of the back row. Gas is coming from the non-lit holes. It sounds like gas is igniting and going out in microsecond bursts. Occasionally I see blue flame at the beginning of the burner tube.
I used 100 psi air to blow out all the holes and burner tube in burner. gas line was disconnected at valve but is ok (I tested with soap solution for leaks). Any ideas? Fireplace is Heat n Glo 6000 with remote control and was installed in 1998. Thanks, Steve Ads By Google Related Models |
