I have a GE Hood over an island with a stove. It doesn't power on, but the transformer is getting in 120v and putting out 12v. Any idea why nothing turns on when I press buttons (no ligts or fan) and how I can fix it?

Also, unable to find service manual if anyone has one they can e-mail me I'd greatly appreciate it.

Perform the troubleshooting as described in the attached mini-manual and post the results.
