I have an older Amcor Window A/C unit and it is dripping a ton of water out the back. These window units have "slingers" that are supposed to collect the condensate and evaporate it by "slinging it" into the condenser hot coils. However, the slinger system (which is the actual condenser fan blade), is not working right. The little pan under the blade has no water in it and all the water seems to be collecting instead on the bottom of the unit and dripping out the back. The evaporator section has a 4" clear tube that empties the condensate onto the bottom of the unit and not into the condensor area.

Otherwide, it cools like a Nor-Easter!

This used to work. I am sure that every unit is different and I am hoping the someone knows Amcors sees this and understands what on earth I am talking about.
