My window unit stopped cooling this afternoon. The digital readout that usually reads the Temp and set desired Temp shows EP. Anyone one know what this code means?:confused:

Contact the ac technician for the better solution. It looks like that you need to replace capacitor.

Check your thermostat to make sure it is in the "wires are connected correctly" . Ensure the thermostat is set on the appropriate setting
