Hello!

My father in law's pilot light in his pool heater is having some issues.

When the heater is turned off, the Pilot Light is using a large amount of gas to stay lit. It used to have a very tiny flame that kept it going, burning a tiny amount of gas, now when turned off, the flame is quite large. This appears to be what has led to the tank of gas going empty after just a few weeks of filling it.

Is this something we can fix by replacing the small pilot light piece?
