Model Number: Ph42CS Brand: Thermador Age: Less than 1 year
remote fan stopped during use. will not work. lights work. speed select control works, but no response from fan. Thanks

Since everything died all at once, it's most likely that the control board went bad. The motor has three separate windings, one for each speed, at if the motor was bad, all three windings would have had to fail at the same time.
It's also possible that you lost the neutral to the motor, which would stop all three speeds from working. KC |
