If the air flow is actually lower during cooling then the fan motor is getting power on a lower speed, if you followed the wires back to the board unless there is a jumper between the heat and cooling terminals there is no way to supply power from both relays to the same speed , look again.

Yes i agree with you as the information provided above was satisfactory and now a days air conditioning as become a compulsary need for regular life
