Rheem
Two ton gas pack unit, less than one year old.
The compressor makes a boom or thud every time it kicks on...to the point it keeps me awake. My old one didn't do this.
I called someone out and he said I needed a new fan blade which he installed. It changed nothing.
I am at my witts end. I don't know what to do. It is under warranty, but they don't seem to find the problem. Is there one or is this typical?

Check the compressor mounts. Maybe some packing material has not been removed from the install.
