Default Repairing an old Whole House Air conditioner

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

I am trying to find the motor, which operates the fan that draws the heat off of the freon in the whole house air conditioner we have, made by Whirlpool. I can't find the model number, but it is at least 15 years old, probably closer to 25 years old.

I would like to know the cost of the part and how to find the correct model number to make sure I am getting the correct part.
