Default huge power draw on home circuit
Brand: -brand-   Age: Less than 1 year   

i sure hope someone hear can help me out. when my A/C comes on my lights flicker on one end of my house, mostly in the kitchen.

i don't know much about A/C units but it seems to me that there may be a starting capacitor bad. what do you guys think?


the house i live in on a military installation (military housing) and the maint. guys are always trying to make up excuses to not fix things. i just want to make sure i have a good idea of what the problem is before he gets hear tomorrow morning.
