Default GE Water Softener

I have a few problems with my water softener.

The salt tank is full of water. I removed the nozzle/neturi assembly and gaskets look fine. I ran the cycle thru the fill float works on the fill cycle. Also when it is at the BR cycle I took off the hose to the venturi assembly it should have suction but was spraying out water.

Also around the moter assembly I have water on top and leaking some.
