Default Philips Food processor HR 7805/a - replace blender cog at top

The plastic blender drive cog at the top of our food processor has broken - it is attached firmly to the vertical main motor belt drive shaft. How does it come off?
Do I unscrew it? pry it off?
It has a cap and a cog.

This is an old large Philips food processor with a main bowl drive and on the top of the side part is the blender attachment.
