Kitchen Tap
Not really an appliance, but trying to get a MOEN kitchen tap to stop dripping, is there a way to remove the internal seal?

I'm not really familiar with MOEN, but try the following links. You may get to a breakdown diagram and see how yours is put together. You'll need the model number.
