Question High Pressure washer problem

I've got a Sears pressure washer (model 580.752330) that sprays OK but it's not unloading when I let off the sprayer trigger. In other words, when I let off the handle to stop spraying the engine loads up like it's pumping against a dead head. Anybody know where I can get a description of the pump operation so I can repair it? Thanks
