kitchen aide k45

I am trying to disassemble my mothers OLD monster k45 and think that perhaps a bearing is shot somewhere. It make too much noise and slows down.
Apparently one must take the guts out through the top end. There are two lon screws which look to be holding everything inside. I would love to see some schematics to help me.
