electric hot water heater??? help
replaced my leaking hw heater witha an old one i had. my problem is i hooked it up and its not working. took a multi meter and i am getting 114v at top element but nothing at bottom element. it was outside for a while woundering what it is anyone help plzzzzzz?
it is a 240 v 50 gallon electric tank. 2 elements one at top one at bottom. also being 240 i thought there should be 3 wires 2 hot and a common i only have a white and a black assume black hot? Ads By Google
