whirlpool-sealing divider hot to the touch
I have a whirlpool side by side refrigerator/freezer. It is 3 yrs old...We just noticed today the divider separating the refrigerator from the freezer where they seal is very hot...is this normal or is it a sign of a more serious issue? Thank you for your help!!!

No, this is not normal. Remove the rear cover and the bottom grill and clean the condenser coil. Check if the fan next to the compressor is working. Gene.
