Question Need to replace splash guard
Model Number: GFC300V01   Brand: GE   Age: More than 10 years

Old splash guard has fallen in and been chewed up so many times it no longer stays in place. Don't have owner's manual and would appreciate any "how to" on replacing part. Is it designed to just sit in place, or is it supposed to be secured between sink flange and disposal unit?
