Model Number: GSEQ64DSO Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
My Frigidaire dryer just stopped getting hot. I noticed that it, also, sometimes won't start when I turn it on. If I move the timer dial a little I can, then, get it to start but still no heat. HELP!!!!!!! Thanks

Need more details. Gas or electric? What brand?
Could be ignitor, element, thermal fuse, ....or any number of other things. Do you know how to use a continuety testor? If so, you may call me at (989)666-5023 and I can walk you through some checks. Otherwise, you'll have to call a technician in your area. http://www.upthemileage.com http://www.appliancerepair-shiawassee.com |

check the thermocouple in the vent duct. if it is covered with lint it will shut down the heat.
