Jennair Trash Compactor wont Open
Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 5 - 10 years
My compactor was making a flapping noise when it compressed the trash. It started to compress the trash but it wouldn't shut off. I manually turned it off and pulled it out from under the counter and unplugged it. I took the back off but couldn't see how to pull the drawer that holds the bag out. I tried to open the front door and it wouldn't open. I am trying to get it open so that I can take the trash bag out but I can't get the front door to open so that I can pull the drawer out the holds the bag.
