Garbage Disposer Repair

So my Kenmore disposal turns on and the center pin, assuming its called the "axle" spins, but the actual grinding mechanism does not? Is there a bolt or nut i can tighten to resolve the issue?

The model number you provided is incomplete or incorrect.
