A repairman servicing my HVAC unit apparently poured something down the garbage disposal that has "melted" and deformed the rubber gasket wings/flanges.

What is the easiest way to replace this rubber gasket?

It's not a complicated job. Don't forget to unplug the disposer first. We currently don't stock parts for ISE. Try this search.
