How do I replace the door switch? Do I need to remove the front panel? If so, how? Please be specific, I do not have a manual.

In order to replace the door switch the front panel has to be removed. Unscrew the two screws on the bottom of the front panel. Pull the front panel up from the bottom for about 45° to release it from clips on top.

- The part number for the door switch is AP4319999

Here are the break down diagrams for the Maytag dryer Model LDG7304AAE
