Dryer stopped working during a cycle. Smelled burning rubber. Turns out, one of the wheel shafts was loose. Replaced drum wheels and belt. Motor is not seized. House circut breaker does not appear to be damaged. However, dryer still does not start. Wiring diagram shows a circut breaker with a comment that states not resetable. Is this the problem?
