i am having trouble getti ng the back off to check the reset and heat filament-what type tool do i need for tboswch dryeriose screrws

First to get the back off, you must remove the back part of the top.
Just remove the screws with a star driver on back.
Then insert a screw driver and slide top backwards.
You can then remove top and back and see everything you need to.
