Kenmore dryer will not heat
Model Number: 110.86984100 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
My dryer will not heat so I tested the thermostat & I did get continuity. I tested the wires to the element while the unit was on with temp setting on high and no voltage.
What could it be? Could it be a fuse or part? Ads By Google Related Models

The first thing I would do is check for 240 VAC at the wall outlet for the dryer. The heating element needs 240 VAC while the motor needs only 120 VAC.
