Model Number: ?   Brand: GE   Age: 1 - 5 years   

My 5 year old GE Profile Dryer was squeaking for about a week while it was drying. I went to turn it on the is morning and it didn't turn on although the timer and start button lit up. Any thoughts?

Open the dryer door, and take out the 2 screws that go up into the dryer top. Take the top off and see if your belt is still on the drum.
