I check the heating element and all thermostats for a complete circuit and
everything tested fine. I have 220 volts coming into the system.
The dryer runs fine but doesn't heat up. What could be the problem?

Open the control panel, remove the wires from the timer terminals "R" and "BK" and check for continuity across these terminals while the timer is in "on" position. If there is no continuity then the timer has to be replaced. Check for continuity across the "R" and "WB" wires coming to the timer (at least one wire has to be removed from the timer). If the circuit is open then there is a broken wire or one of the thermostats is open. If there is nothing wrong with the timer, thermostats and wires then the problem is a bad centrifugal switch on the motor. - The part number for the timer is AP3038427 - The part number for the motor is AP3094245 Gene.
