Check the dryer duct where it vent to the outside, turn on the dryer on normal,go outside to where the lint comes out, there should be a strong flow of hot air coming out,if there is just a trickle or no hot air coming out you have a blockage, this is usually caused by lint building up,or by birds building their nest in the vent, clean with a vacuum and or lint brush.
