no heat coming from dryer

Model Number: dde 7000sblww Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years

My dryer is running, but all of a sudden there is no heat. When I put it on the timer, the timer will actually move and stop when it is supposed to, and the drum goes around, but it never heats up. what could my problem be?
