Model Number: dvl226eb6ww Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years

G E Electric Dryer #DVL226EB6WW
Drum is locked in position - will not tumble.
Motor is working but drum will not tumble - won't move even by hand.
Please advise possible solution - can I fix it myself.
How do I remove the front or back to operate.
