whirlpool runs on
Model Number: lec8858eqo Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
This dryer timer has begun to run itself full time, it ticks any time the door is closed and rotates the dial around like a clock. It still seems to do what it is set for when the start button is pushed but then continues past stop and starts the next cycle on the dial. This running on is making the queen of the house grumpy (causing her staff of 40 years to want to fix it).
