Model Number: LGQ8000 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
Well, I replaced the thermal fuse, cycling thermostat, and hi-limit thermostat. The dryer gets warm, but still takes 2-3 cycles to dry a load. Lint filter is clean, no build up in exhaust. Can anyone give me an idea for the next step ?

Pull out the lint screen and take out the two screws you find holding the lint chute to the top. Then take you back off again and take out the four screws holding the lint chute. Clean it out thoroughly, and clean out the blower and vent to the connection to the outside vent.
If this does not clear things up, your problem is likely in the gas burner system.
