Dryer was making metal on metal noise. Called tech who replaced felt in front of dryer. Called them back after felt cam loose. Felt re-attached but now light clothing getting small tears. Drum seems to have a lot of play in it . Can lift it up about 1 inch in front. I figured this may be problem with clothes getting inot gap at bottom between drum and housing and then snagging at top where gap becomes miniscule. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks. ps. Ive paid two tech $230 and dare not ask them back at this point.

Give us a model number and perhaps we can help you get it fixed.

Also contact your local Better Business Bureau and any other consumer protection groups i your area and lodge a complaint.
Seems you are being charged for their incompetence.
