i have a problem with the blower not running. it will rock back and forth or possibly make 1 revolution for several cycles in a row. occasionally it will start and the gas valve will open. it did then shut down in about 10 seconds but i had the door off so i assume it was from the over limit switch in the tube. i believe the motor to be ok since it can run. i also do not get an error code when i push my cycles and help buttons. i cant seem to locate a repair manual so i'd appreciate any troubleshooting tips.

thank you sidfink43. i downloaded the manual and will be able to use it to diagnose. you see, when i put the machine back together it worked normally as it did last time i had the same problem. now though il have a place to start.

well the dryer is out again but this time my error code is the "blower is not getting up to speed". this leaves me with 2 possible problems. replace the blower motor or the inverter. the motor winding check out and there is no way that i see to check the inverter. any ideas?

Can't really say except the electronics are usually the culprit.
