Whirlpool gas dryer wont spin
Model Number: LGB6300PW Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
sI have a LGB6300PW 29" gas dryer. The drum won't turn. I opened it up and checked the belt, it was fine. I spun the drum and the belt turned the motor freely. When I push the door switch, the light goes out and there is a buzzing noise. When I push the on button, a louder buzz happens, but the drum does not turn. Any ideas? Thanks for your time!!

Sounds very much like your motor is failing.
Get someone to help you. Have them press the start button while you have the door open and press in on the door switch and turn the drum. If it starts to turn your motor will probably need to be replaced.
