Default terminal block?

Vague question. you mean to the pigtail(cord)simple,
middle wire to middle outer wires to outer terminal.
the dryer usually has a white wire from the harness that goes to the middle(neutral) red to one side for heating and black to the other side for motor. For a 4 wire cord just hook red and black to the sides and white in the middle. hook the green wire to the ground. 4 wire setup.jpg
